You have the obligation to unpack and check the product within 15 days of receipt.
In case the product is not returned within 15 days from its delivery, it is considered that it was received in excellent condition and our company may not accept its return and replacement.
You have the right to return the product you bought and request its replacement in the following cases:
- in all cases, in which by our mistake another product has been sent to you from the one you ordered, provided that the product has not been placed.
- in all cases where the product has an aesthetic or structural defect which is covered by the product warranty. If the product has been installed or used, it will not be returned unless it has an obvious manufacturing defect.
- in cases where you wish to replace it with another, provided that the product you purchased is "Available" and not "On Order" and has not been installed or used.
The products that are characterized as "On Order" the return is not possible, as described in the chapter Items On Order of the Terms of Transaction of our company.
In cases (1) and (2), after receiving and inspecting the returned product, we send you the correct product as soon as possible, assuming any costs of transport, return of the old and shipping of the new product. You can also request either a replacement with another product, or a refund of the money you have paid us.
In case (3) you have the right to request the replacement of the product with a different product, assuming the shipping cost of its return, as well as the shipping cost of the new product. If you do not want to change it with another product and you want your money back, the shipping cost of sending and returning the product will be deducted.
In any case, the product must be returned in excellent condition, not used, complete, the packaging must be the one with which it was purchased and it must also be in excellent condition
In case the product is returned incomplete or damaged, our company has the right to accept the return and request compensation, the amount of which is determined by the condition of the product and its packaging.
Finally, the product to be replaced must be accompanied by all the documents that accompanied it at the time of purchase (eg Delivery Note, Invoice, Retail Receipt).
