Shipping with a transport company
In areas outside the prefecture of Attica, we deliver your order with a transport company (if you want you can indicate the transport company you want).
In cases of delivery of large volume products (furniture, etc.) the products are transported to the entrance (ground floor) of the address you indicate.
Courier for order < 10 kgr
For small volume orders there is the possibility of sending by courier within Greece.
It is clarified that our company assumes the responsibility of transport and integrity of the products strictly up to the point indicated by the customer and which we have accept
Payment by deposit in a bank account (remittance)
Before sending your order you can make a deposit in one of the following cooperating banks, by filling in the order number. Then send us the copy of the bank order by email to the address firstname.lastname@example.org or contact the Responsible Seller e-shop of our company at (+30) 211.4143486 .

Credit card payment
Our online store accepts VISA, Mastercard and Diners maestro etc credit cards.
Your transactions in our online store with a credit card are protected by top online security systems used by Piraeus Bank.
In order to be able to deliver the order to you, the credit card must belong to the person who placed the order.
In case you order on behalf of a company, the credit card must be corporate and the name of the recipient must be written on the card.
Product Withdrawal / Return
You have the obligation to unpack and check the product within 15 days of receipt.
In case the product is not returned within 15 days from its delivery, it is considered that it was received in excellent condition and our company may not accept its return and replacement.
You have the right to return the product you bought and request its replacement in the following cases:
- in all cases, in which by our mistake another product has been sent to you from the one you ordered, provided that the product has not been placed.
- in all cases where the product has an aesthetic or structural defect which is covered by the product warranty. If the product has been installed or used, it will not be returned unless it has an obvious manufacturing defect.
- in cases where you wish to replace it with another, provided that the product you purchased is "Available" and not "On Order" and has not been installed or used.
The products that are characterized as "On Order" the return is not possible, as described in the chapter Items On Order of the Terms of Transaction of our company.
In cases (1) and (2), after receiving and inspecting the returned product, we send you the correct product as soon as possible, assuming any costs of transport, return of the old and shipping of the new product. You can also request either a replacement with another product, or a refund of the money you have paid us.
In case (3) you have the right to request the replacement of the product with a different product, assuming the shipping cost of its return, as well as the shipping cost of the new product. If you do not want to change it with another product and you want your money back, the shipping cost of sending and returning the product will be deducted.
In any case, the product must be returned in excellent condition, not used, complete, the packaging must be the one with which it was purchased and it must also be in excellent condition
In case the product is returned incomplete or damaged, our company has the right to accept the return and request compensation, the amount of which is determined by the condition of the product and its packaging.
Finally, the product to be replaced must be accompanied by all the documents that accompanied it at the time of purchase (eg Delivery Note, Invoice, Retail Receipt).

Products on Request
We distinguish our products in two categories, the “available in stock” and the “upon request”.
The “available in stock” products are available in our warehouses, while the “upon request” ones are not, so, they must be ordered from our providers which maybe they will produce them specifically for you.
For that reason, a so called “upon request” product, cannot be returned, unless it is proven a fault by our company (such as a mistake in the order, in the billing, in the delivery, a damage caused during transport by our transport means) or in case it is esthetically or manufacturing defective and it is under guarantee.
In the case of a proven fault by our company or defectiveness of an “upon request” product, you have the possibility of returning it within 15 days from the day it was delivered, as for the conditions set on the chapter Returns of our Terms and Conditions.
Our company will undertake the replacement of the damaged or defective “upon request” product, as soon as possible, bearing the return cost of the damaged/defective product and of the delivery of the right replacement as well.
In case the damaged or defective “upon request” product does not return within 15 days from the delivery date, our company has the right not to accept the return and replacement of the product.
Personal Data Policy
Our electronic online shop (henceforth referred to as e-shop) guarantees the safety and fair usage of all your personal data. We will not share, promote or sell any of your data to third parties, unless absolutely necessary for the smooth operation of our services. These include required credit controls concerning payments, security controls concerning profile creation & searches on our e-shop and situations where the Courts and/or Judges of the Hellenic Republic request it (subpoenas, court orders etc). Our website and e-shop will use all data submitted by our clients in accordance with all European Union (EU) and Greek laws concerning the usage of personal data.
The personal data we collect is always relevant to the fulfilment of our obligations to the users of our website and e-shop.
Data Collection Methods
Our website and e-shop collect data through the following venues: cookies, order forms, communication forms, Newsletter registration forms, client account creation forms and the live-chat. Data is only collected if you choose to submit it voluntarily, either by sending us an e-mail, through the various registration forms or by contacting us through the phone. More specifically, the data we collect are the following:
- IP Address - This data is required for clients to browse our e-shop, it is used when making online purchases of all kinds and also serves as a measure to protect the e-shop from potential malevolent digital threats.
- Pre-set data while signing up for membership or other online forms that the e-shop contains (such as signing up for our Newsletter, filling out order forms/communication forms etc). These data contain: first name, surname, address of residence, address of delivery (for any products ordered), gender, phone number, e-mail, login name, login password, any data required for payment purposes. All this pre-set data is filled out by you, on your own volition.
- There is a strong possibility we collect data concerning visits to our e-shop, such as: Time spent browsing, IP address, visits to the site, geographical location, browser application, which notification method you have chosen etc. This data is collected for our own statistical research, in order to get an idea and a better understanding of how we could improve the customer experience on the site.
Our e-shop does NOT collect OR store any data or characteristics of credit cards - these are exclusively handled by the service provider which is responsible for your card payments and payment executions. The same holds true for any online payment service providers (such as PayPal).
What are Cookies?

How long is datasaved for?

Deletion of Personal Data
All clients have the right to request their personal data be deleted from our archives. For security reasons, deletion requests of personal data must be done by sending an email to email@example.com and explicitly requesting the deletion of this data.
By browsing our e-shop and/or subscribing to our online Newsletter, clients automatically agree and consent to this Personal Data Policy, as well as consenting to the gathering and usage of your personal data.
